Bevits vs Zoko: Which One Should You Use to Sell on WhatsApp in 2026?

Zoko is one of the highest-rated WhatsApp apps on the Shopify App Store. It describes itself as a complete WhatsApp platform for Shopify brands and says it serves more than 3,000 stores in 84 countries.

Bevits is also a WhatsApp platform for e-commerce, so this is a comparison between two tools with the same goal: selling more through conversations. We used public information as of October 2026. Yes, we are Bevits. That is exactly why we made a point of showing where Zoko wins.

A note on markets: Bevits is built for online stores in Brazil and Latin America and charges in Brazilian reais (R$). Its integrations (Nuvemshop, Bling) and human support in Portuguese reflect that. Zoko is a global, Shopify-first platform. If your store is outside Latin America, Zoko will probably serve you better.

Which is better, Bevits or Zoko?

  • Pick Zoko if your store runs on Shopify, you sell in many countries or outside Latin America, you want Click-to-WhatsApp ads, API and webhooks on every plan, and you need Messenger or WhatsApp calls.
  • Pick Bevits if you sell in Brazil or Latin America, use Nuvemshop, WooCommerce, Bling or Shopify, and want AI included in the plan, WhatsApp, email and SMS in one CRM, RFM segments, cashback and revenue measured per automation, with support in Portuguese and pricing in reais.

In one sentence: Zoko is the global WhatsApp specialist for Shopify. Bevits is the WhatsApp, email and SMS platform built for Latin American e-commerce.

What Is Zoko?

Zoko is an official WhatsApp platform for e-commerce brands, with an explicit focus on Shopify stores. It is an official Meta Business Partner and says it is ISO 27001 certified and GDPR compliant.

The product includes a shared inbox for multiple agents, campaigns segmented with Shopify data, cart recovery, order and shipping notifications, cash-on-delivery (COD) order confirmation, review requests, a synced catalog so customers can buy inside WhatsApp, calls, voice notes and real-time translation. It also offers Instagram (DMs and comments) as an add-on, plus Messenger.

For AI, Zoko sells three separate agents: Guru (answers FAQs), Wismo (shares order status) and Sello (takes orders in the chat). It is a mature tool, very well rated by Shopify merchants.

What Is Bevits?

Bevits is a marketing and sales automation platform for e-commerce, focused on WhatsApp. It was born from the store’s order, not from the conversation. That is why it starts from the data that matters most to merchants: customers, purchases, carts and revenue.

In practice, Bevits brings together in one place:

  • Official WhatsApp (Meta API), with campaigns, multiple numbers, Coexistence and per-customer tracked links.
  • AI customer service that answers, understands voice notes, finds products from a photo, builds the order and hands off to a human when needed.
  • Revenue automations: abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, birthdays and cashback (giftback).
  • CRM with RFM segments, attributes and purchase history.
  • Email and SMS in the same flow as WhatsApp, plus capture popups.
  • Instagram: DMs in the inbox and comment-to-DM automation.
  • Native integrations with Nuvemshop, Shopify, WooCommerce and Bling.

Bevits vs Zoko: Detailed Comparison

1. WhatsApp: same goal, different details

Both use the official WhatsApp Business API, with campaigns using approved templates, a shared inbox and store-connected automations. With either one you can recover carts and keep customers updated on their orders.

What changes:

  • On Zoko, every plan has the same features, including campaigns, catalog, chat widget, Click-to-WhatsApp ads, API and webhooks. You also get WhatsApp calls and real-time translation in the inbox. Plans differ by number of agents and by the per-conversation fee.
  • On Bevits, you can run several official numbers in one account and choose the sender for each campaign. Every link you send is tracked per customer, with clicks and per-button performance, and there is a custom template to restart conversations after WhatsApp’s 24-hour window.

What about the number you already use? Bevits supports WhatsApp Coexistence: the number stays in the WhatsApp Business app on your phone and also works on the API. Zoko’s pricing FAQ says to delete the existing account before activating the number on the API, after which it stops working in the app. If that matters to you, check with Zoko. Learn more in our WhatsApp Coexistence guide.

2. Store platforms: Shopify vs the Brazilian ecosystem

This is the most practical difference between the two. Zoko is built around Shopify: you install it from the Shopify App Store, it syncs your catalog, uses Shopify segments and tags, and connects apps like Judge.me. If your store is on Shopify, the integration is mature and highly rated.

Bevits integrates natively with Nuvemshop, Shopify, WooCommerce and Bling, which together cover a large share of Brazilian stores. We did not find an official Zoko integration with Nuvemshop or Bling. If you sell on Nuvemshop, this difference usually settles the choice.

3. Artificial intelligence: add-ons vs included AI

Both have AI built for stores, with very different pricing models.

On Zoko, each agent is an add-on at US$24.99 a month. Guru (FAQs) and Wismo (tracking) charge US$0.09 per resolution after the first 100. Sello (chat ordering) charges 3% of each order’s value after the first 100 orders. The upside is paying only for what you use; the downside is that cost grows as the AI succeeds.

On Bevits, AI is included in the Pro plan and handles everything in the same conversation:

  • understands voice notes;
  • finds products from a photo the customer sends;
  • looks up orders and quotes shipping;
  • builds the order and sends the checkout link (Nuvemshop);
  • runs pre-service with messages, media and interactive options;
  • hands off to a human with the conversation context;
  • learns from conversations, and you can view, edit or remove what it learned.

4. CRM, email and SMS: Bevits goes beyond WhatsApp

Zoko is a WhatsApp specialist, with Instagram and Messenger as extra channels. We did not find email marketing or SMS in its official materials.

Bevits brings WhatsApp, email and SMS together in one CRM. That lets you build an abandoned cart flow that starts on WhatsApp and continues by email, or reach each group on the right channel. The CRM includes:

  • RFM segments (recency, frequency and monetary value) to talk to champions, at-risk customers and lapsed buyers. See our RFM matrix guide.
  • Cashback (giftback) and birthday messages (via Bling).
  • Performance mode in automations, with sends, deliveries, clicks, conversions, attributed revenue and coupons per step.
  • Capture popups to grow your list.

5. Pricing: dollars plus add-ons vs a flat plan in reais

Public monthly prices as of October 2026. Zoko charges in US dollars and Meta's message fees are paid separately. Bevits charges in Brazilian reais.
Plan Monthly price What's included
Zoko Starter US$49.99 Unlimited agents, US$0.015 per conversation
Zoko Plus US$79.99 5 agents, 5K conversations with no fee
Zoko Elite US$139.99 10 agents, 100K conversations with no fee
Zoko Max US$499.99 No per-conversation fee
Zoko AI agent US$24.99 each Plus per-resolution fee or 3% of order
Bevits Pro R$249 AI, unlimited contacts, 500 WhatsApp, 300 SMS, 5,000 emails
Bevits Ultra R$499 10,000 WhatsApp, 500 SMS, 20,000 emails

How Zoko charges: a monthly or annual plan in US dollars, plus a per-conversation fee (a 24-hour session) that shrinks or disappears on higher plans. Meta’s fees are paid directly to Meta. Instagram costs US$9.99 a month, premium flows cost US$5.99 a month each and AI agents are add-ons. There is a 7-day trial with every feature.

How Bevits charges: a flat plan in Brazilian reais with unlimited contacts, AI and included WhatsApp, SMS and email volumes. Above the allowance, you use credits. There is a 7-day free trial and no permanent free plan, and the Bevits website advertises a results guarantee: if Bevits doesn’t pay for itself, you don’t pay.

Which is cheaper? A store that only needs an inbox and campaigns can pay little on Zoko Starter. Once AI agents come in, the math changes: Starter with Guru, Wismo and Sello goes above US$120 a month before usage fees and the 3% on orders placed through chat. On Bevits, AI is part of the R$249 Pro plan. Run the numbers with your store’s conversation and order volume.

6. Integrations, API and ecosystem

Zoko offers API and webhooks on every plan and Click-to-WhatsApp ads, which helps stores that invest in paid media and want to take customers straight from the ad into a conversation.

Bevits offers a read-only public API and an MCP server so AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT can query customers, purchases and campaigns. We do not have outgoing webhooks, Zapier, Make or a Click-to-WhatsApp ad trigger yet. If those are essential for you, Zoko has the edge.

7. Language, support and market

Zoko serves stores in dozens of countries, and its Shopify App Store listing shows English as the app language. Bevits was created in Brazil, with interface and docs in Portuguese, Spanish and English, pricing in reais and human support in Portuguese.

When to Pick Zoko

  • Your store runs on Shopify and you want one of the best-rated WhatsApp apps in the App Store.
  • You sell in many countries or outside Latin America and prefer paying in US dollars.
  • You invest in Click-to-WhatsApp ads and need webhooks.
  • You want Messenger or WhatsApp calls in the same inbox.
  • You prefer paying for AI by usage, agent by agent.

When to Pick Bevits

  • You sell in Brazil or Latin America, on Nuvemshop, WooCommerce, Shopify or with Bling.
  • You want AI included in the plan that understands voice notes, searches by photo and builds the order.
  • You want WhatsApp, email and SMS in one CRM, with RFM segments and cashback.
  • You need to know how much revenue each automation generated.
  • You want to keep your number in the phone app with Coexistence.
  • You prefer support in Portuguese and billing in reais.

Can You Use Both?

You can, but it makes little sense. Zoko and Bevits cover nearly the same ground: WhatsApp inbox, campaigns, abandoned carts and AI. Running both means paying twice for the same audience. If you need to, use different WhatsApp numbers on each platform, because a number can only be connected to one API provider at a time.

How to Migrate from Zoko to Bevits

  1. Connect your store (Nuvemshop, Shopify, WooCommerce or Bling) to sync customers and orders.
  2. Export your contacts from Zoko and import the ones that are not in your store into Bevits via spreadsheet (CSV).
  3. Disconnect your WhatsApp number from Zoko and connect it to Bevits through the official signup. With Coexistence, you can go back to using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone.
  4. Recreate your campaign templates and submit them for approval.
  5. Turn on automations: abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back.
  6. Set up the AI with your store’s tone of voice, policies and FAQs.

Before moving the number, remove the connection with Zoko. A number can only be connected to one API platform at a time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Bevits a Zoko alternative?

Yes, for stores in Brazil and Latin America. Both are WhatsApp platforms built for online stores. Zoko focuses on Shopify brands, has a strong reputation on the Shopify App Store and serves merchants in dozens of countries. Bevits integrates with Nuvemshop, Shopify, WooCommerce and Bling, includes AI in the plan, combines WhatsApp, email and SMS in one CRM and charges in Brazilian reais.

Which is cheaper, Bevits or Zoko?

It depends on how much you use AI. Zoko starts at US$49.99 a month, but its AI agents are add-ons at US$24.99 a month each, plus a fee per resolution or 3% of order value after an allowance, and Meta’s message fees. Bevits Pro costs R$249 a month (Brazilian reais) with AI, unlimited contacts and 500 WhatsApp messages, 300 SMS and 5,000 emails included.

Does Zoko work with Nuvemshop?

We did not find an official Zoko integration with Nuvemshop. Zoko’s website and pricing page focus on Shopify. Bevits integrates natively with Nuvemshop, Shopify, WooCommerce and Bling.

Can I keep my number in the WhatsApp Business app?

On Bevits, yes: it supports WhatsApp Coexistence, which keeps the number working in the phone app and the API at the same time. Zoko’s pricing FAQ says to delete the existing WhatsApp account on the number before activating it on the API. Check with Zoko whether Coexistence is available for your setup.

Which has the better AI for selling on WhatsApp?

Both offer AI built for e-commerce. Zoko has separate agents for FAQs (Guru), order tracking (Wismo) and chat ordering (Sello), each billed separately. On Bevits, AI is included in the plan, understands voice notes, finds products from a photo, quotes shipping and, on Nuvemshop, builds the order and sends the checkout link.

Can I use Bevits and Zoko together?

Yes, as long as each tool uses a different WhatsApp number. Since both cover almost the same use case, most stores pick one of them to run their WhatsApp.

Conclusion

Zoko is an excellent tool for Shopify stores that sell worldwide and want a mature, well-rated WhatsApp app. If that is your profile, especially outside Latin America, it deserves a place on your shortlist.

If you sell in Brazil or Latin America, especially on Nuvemshop, and want included AI, WhatsApp, email and SMS in one place and revenue measured per automation, Bevits was built for exactly that.
